What is Gravity club?

Gravity Club is a health club specially tailored to business executive and individuals seeking personalised, holistic and focused contemporary wellness experiences. The Club provide a full range of enhanced facilities and services, including personal coaching, state-of-the-art treatments and the latest technologies to help uplift the fitness, health and wellness of its members. The club’s integrated approach melds together fitness and medical disciplines to ensure that every aspect of one’s well-being is catered to, delivered by a team of experts including certified fitness coaches, nutritionists and in-house doctors.


Where is Gravity club?

Gravity club is located at 138 Market Street, #38-01 CapitaGreen, Singapore. The club is nestled in the heart of Central Business District (CBD) with the panoramic backdrop of the city skyline.


What are the club’s opening hours?

Am I able to bring guests in to the club?

Yes, members can bring a guest for a one-time visit. Guests must be accompanied by a member. Prior to using the club, we will provide a tour of the club for your guest and your guest must complete and endorse on our guest register and indemnity waiver. As we are an exclusive members club, we'll request all guests to present their Identity Card. If they wish to use the club facilities after this, they can opt to apply for a full membership or sign up as a guest. Please enquire with our Member Relations Officer for more details on the fees.


What happens to my membership if I am away?

You can opt to put your membership on freeze while you are away on business trips or medical rest.

Is there WiFi in the club?

Yes, there is complimentary wireless Internet connection at all areas of the club.


Can my children wait for me in the lounge while I workout?

For the safety of the children and members, children are not allowed into the club. Children are permitted to enter during special club events and they must be accompanied by a parent.


Are the classes inclusive of membership?

Yes all our group classes are included in the membership.


What types of classes are available at Gravity?

Gravity focusses on small groups with personalised attention, and we offer 30-minute and 60-minute classes. Our classes range from Restorative Yoga to high intensity, high performance workouts that cater to each member’s preferences and goals. 


Are there different levels for classes?

Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace and progress. Our instructors will work with you to ensure that you achieve optimum results.


How do I work with a personal coach?

All our coaches are Certified Fitness Coaches with internationally recognised certification such as a degree or diploma in sports science, physiotherapy or personal training. They have a vast experience coming from different backgrounds to offer specialised services for our members. Our coaches will work with you to understand your goals and, by using science and technology they will identify any physical imbalances you may have, before moving on to a series of simple-yet-telling fitness tests. With results in hand, they will then create a highly personalised programme and lifestyle plan to help you stay at the top of your game.


How do I make an appointment with a personal coach?

You can approach our Coaches directly or speak to our Member Relations team who will put you directly in touch with one of our coaches based on your preference.


Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes you can. Simply approach our Coaches or our Member Relations team to reschedule your appointment.


What if I cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to make the scheduled appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full value of your session will be charged.

What are the services available?

HealthFACTR

As a new member, you will receive a complimentary healthcare assessment with HealthFACTR. Our in-club doctor will work closely with the coaches to develop a personalized fitness and wellness programme that best suit your unique needs.

In-Body Scan

As part of the induction programme, our members will also be taken through an In-Body scan using state-of-the-art Fit 3D scanner. It collects 400 data points that will be used to build a 3D model of our members and track their progress, be it weight loss or muscular development.


How do I make an appointment with the in-club doctor?

You can book your appointment with the Member Relations Officer through phone or via email.


What if I cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to make the scheduled appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full value of your session will be charged.


How do I book the meeting room in the club?

Simply request to book the meeting room with our Member Relations team.


What if I cancel my booking?

Yes you can cancel your booking of the meeting room; however, it would be appreciated if it is cancelled in advance for the benefit of other members.


Can I bring my guest/s into the meeting room?

Yes you can. Gravity is designed to ensure that all your personal and business needs are met under one roof. Simply provide the name(s) of your guest(s) to our Member Relations team when you book the meeting room.


What type of food does the restaurant serve?

Artemis offers Mediterranean food and it is prepared by a team of top contemporary Mediterranean chefs. The Artemis menu is designed around the finest seasonal produce that is organic and sustainable where possible.  It is our belief that healthy eating can be delicious and sophisticated too.


What are the opening hours for restaurant?

Artemis is opens for lunch and dinner.
Mon – Fri : 11:30 – 14:00 
Mon – Sat : 18:00 – 22:00 


Can my guests dine at the restaurant if I’m not there?

Yes your guests can dine at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is open to the public for lunch and dinner.


How do I make or cancel my reservation?

You can simple speak to our Member Relations Team to make or cancel reservations at the restaurant.


Can I order some food to be sent to the member’s lounge, meeting room or swimming pool?

Yes you can. We have a selection of food and beverages for your selection, ranging from gourmet coffee to healthy smoothies to a delicious wrap or sandwich – simply order from our Member Relations team.


Can I order food to-go?

Yes you can. We have a range of food and beverage options available at the member lounge and you can also request for complimentary to-go gourmet coffee or tea. 


What is Self Service Portal?

The Self-Service portal is a one-stop portal where you can get easy access to view your membership details, update some of your personal information and check your payment status.


How do I log in to Self Service Portal?

You can login to the Self-Service Portal via our Gravity brand website Gravity. It is recommended to login via your home club brand website.
On the Gravity brand website, click on the LOGIN button that is located at the top right corner of the website.

The Self-Service portal is a one-stop portal where you can get easy access to view your membership details, update some of your personal information and check your payment status.

Do I need to register to access Self Service Portal?

Yes, you will need to create a new account to access the Self Service Portal. You are required to register for a new account in the Self Service Portal. Please ensure that you use the same email address that you have provided when you registered for a new membership with Gravity.


How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page. You will be prompted to input the email address used to register for an account. The system will then prompt you to reset your password.


Can I change my contact details such telephone number and email address?

Yes, you are able to change your contact details such as phone number and email address through the Self-Service Portal.


Can I change my membership payment card details?

Yes, you are able to change your recurring payment card details. Once you have logged in to the Self Service Portal successfully, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select the Payments and Credits tab
Step 2: Press the Edit button
Step 3: Input your new payment card details
Step 4: Click “Verify Card” button
Step 5: Follow authentication method required by issuing bank (eg. 3DS OTP)
Step 6: You will be prompted with the approval result
Step 6a: If successful, save your new payment card details
Step 6b : If rejected, please check with your bank or retry with another card


Can I change my direct debit payment details for my membership?

You can change from direct debit bank details to a credit card details on the Self Service portal. However, if you want to change from a direct debit bank details to another bank, you will need to go to your club to request for the change as to complete and sign a Direct Debit authorisation form.


Can I cancel my membership via Self Service Portal?

You are not able to cancel your membership via the Self-Service Portal at this moment. While we hate to see you go, should you like to cancel your membership, please contact your club.


Can I freeze my membership via Self Service Portal?

You are not able to freeze your membership via the Self-Service Portal at this moment. To freeze your membership, please contact your club.


Can I change my billing details?

No, you are not able to change your billing address. To change your billing address, please contact your club to do so.


Can I make any outstanding payments on the Self-Service Portal?

Yes, you can make outstanding payments for your account balance. You can do so via the following steps below:
Step 1: Select the Payments and Credits tab
Step 2: Select Make A Payment
Step 3: Input the amount you would like to pay
Step 4: Click Proceed and go through the payment portal
Step 5: Your arrears will be updated on the Home Page
